HELEN TWINGLEY
Helen began her consulting journey in the fall of 2020, working with the State of New York’s Empire State Development to develop and execute ESD’s communications and marketing strategy for the launch of Penn Station’s expansion to Moynihan Train Hall. In the spring of 2022, Sound Color Story was awarded marketing agency of record for Grand Central Terminal, and in early 2023 welcomed Washington Union Station as a new client.
A gifted bridge-builder, Helen is talented in bringing stakeholders with strained relationships together by identifying and advancing solutions for collective benefit.
Helen has held a succession of unique roles working to reimagine iconic NYC real estate brands for the next generation. Her leadership experience includes representing global agency Endeavor heading up the World Trade Center consultancy with the Port Authority of NY & NJ to advance a 2.0 brand and sense of safety and vibrancy post 9/11, followed by an in-house position overseeing strategic partnerships at Rockefeller Center, bringing a refreshed mission and values system to life via innovative partnerships focused on relevancy for New Yorkers.
Prior experience includes talent management, sports rights distribution, and event hospitality for professional leagues and organizations from the NFL to the NYC Marathon via agency-side roles at IMG.
Helen is a mentor with the New Museum of Contemporary Art’s NEW INC. cultural incubator, dedicated to supporting innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship across art, design, and technology.
